Pokemon tower defense is a game where you catch pokemon to defend against attacking pokemon. It is based off pokemon red and blue.

Pokemon[]

Pokemon are obviously the main role in PTD. There are 649 pokemon in exsistance, but mainly 1st generation Pokemon are in the game. However there have been a few non-gen 1 pokemon in PTD. They are ( in order ) Kyogre, Entei, Raikou, Suciune, Celebi and Victini. Not all pokemon are in PTD yet, however they will be in eventually. Pokemon in are ( in evolution lines ):

Bulbasaur, Ivysaur, Venusaur - All 3 are the Grass/Poison type - Species: Seed pokemon

Bulbasaur evolves at level 16 into Ivysaur, then on level 36 into Venusaur

Ability - Overgrow: Ups grass moves when health is below 1/3


Charmander, Charmeleon, Charizard - Charmander and Charmeleon are the Fire type, while Charizard is the Fire/Flying type - Species:

Charmander - Lizard pokemon

Charmeleon and Charizard - Flame pokemon

Charmander evolves at level 16 into Charmeleon, then on level 36 into Charizard

Ability - Blaze: Ups fires moves when health is below 1/3


Squirtle, Wartortle, Blastoise - All 3 are the Water type - Species:

Squirtle - Tiny turtle pokemon

Wartortle - Turtle pokemon

Blastiose - Shellfish pokemon

Squirtle evolves on level 16 into Wartortle, then on level 36 into Blastoise

Ability - Torrent: Ups water moves when health is below 1/3


Caterpie, Metapod, Butterfree - Caterpie and Metapod are the Bug type, while Butterfree is the Bug/Flying type - Species:

Caterpie - Worm pokemon

Metapod - Cocoon pokemon

Butterfree - Butterfly pokemon

Caterpie evolves on level 7 into Metapod, then on level 10 into Butterfree

Ability - Not in-game yet


Weedle, Kakuna, Beedrill - They are all the Bug/Poison type - Species:

Weedle - Hairy bug pokemon

Kakuna - Cocoon pokemon

Beedrill - Poison bee pokemon

Weedle evolves on level 7 into Kakuna, then on level 10 into Beedrill

Ability - Not in-game yet

In pokemon tower defense you have to beat a level to play the next one. There are levels going upto the gym then it goes to the next chapter. currently there are 7 chapters and 32 levels. The level cap so far is 90. The levels in order are:

Chapter 1 - Oaks Lab, Route 1, Route 2, Viridian Forest 1 and Pewter Gym

Chapter 2 - Route 3, Viridian Forest 2, Mt. Moon 1, Mt. Moon 2, Cerulean Gym 1 and Cerulean Gym 2

Chapter 3 - Route 24, Route 5, Vermillion City and Vermillion Gym
